Mitch Huffman & Brandi Kirkbride 

Mitch Huffman and Brandi Kirkbride are the owners and founders of Huffman Construction & Design. With a degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a

licensed Ohio real estate professional, Mitch brings a unique combination of technical expertise and market knowledge to every project.

Known for their hands-on approach and commitment to quality, Mitch and Brandi work closely with clients throughout the entire construction process, from initial design to final walkthrough. Whether it's a custom home, major addition, kitchen, bathroom, or basement remodel, they focus on delivering results that are functional, beautiful, and built to last.

Mitch leads a dedicated team that shares his values of clear communication, high standards, and personalized service. His goal is to simplify the building process and help clients feel confident every step of the way.

Brandi leads the design process and is there to help you make sure your project is

everything you could have hoped for and more. Removing some of the stress and

overwhelming feelings that come with design and material choices.

Outside of work, Mitch and Brandi enjoy spending time with their daughter Stella. As a family, they enjoy living and working on their horse farm and taking time to travel whenever they can.

Kendra Eckstein

Executive Assistant

Kendra Eckstein brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare, dental, and small business operations, offering a well-rounded and hands-on understanding of what it takes to keep organizations running efficiently. Her background also includes extensive work as both an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant, where she has honed strong skills in organization, communication, and leadership support.

Kendra earned her Bachelor’s degree from Manchester College (now Manchester University) and later completed her Master of Health Administration at Ohio University. These academic achievements strengthened her foundation in operations and strategic management, which she applies daily in her professional roles.

She currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Huffman Construction & Design, where she takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Kendra enjoys being involved in every step of the building or remodel process, ensuring details are handled with care and clients receive a seamless experience.

Outside of work, Kendra enjoys life on her small homestead in Indiana, where she and her husband are raising their four children. She loves making memories on the farm, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Megan Malmedahl

Sales

Megan brings extensive knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati real estate market, along with strong sales and customer service expertise, to our team. After graduating from Ohio University, she began her career in sales and event coordination before transitioning into real estate, where she spent over a decade as a dedicated buyer’s agent. Her years of experience helping clients make some of their most important home decisions and learning what truly matters to each family, she has developed a relationship-focused approach that makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Megan loves going on adventures with her husband (Grant), and their two kids (Vance & Mae). They enjoy traveling, hiking, playing sports, and creating lifelong memories with family and friends. Their two Yorkies often join in on the fun, too!
